COLOPHON

Colophon

This page records how densitywave.xyz is built, maintained and revised.

Construction

The site is designed and published in Framer and served from its hosting. No cookies are set by the studio and no analytics run; nothing about a visit is collected. Every page is built from one design system — color tokens, text styles, and a small set of shared components — and the atmosphere is drawn live in code: one slowly breathing wave field, one quiet field of light per composition, no photography anywhere.

Design

One register: house black. The visual system radiates from the studio’s mark — light opening through a frame — translated into the site’s materials: near-black grounds around #101013, one quiet field of light per composition, warm off-white text near #F3F0E8, pewter and silver details in the #4A4A4C–#C9C9CC range, and no saturated color anywhere. Motion is slow and damped — fades and gently radiating feedback — and stands down when a visitor asks for reduced motion.

Typography

Display lines, headings and aphorisms are set in Marcellus, inscriptional Roman letterforms with flared terminals. Long-form text is set in Sentient, a flared serif of the same sensibility. The brand name, navigation, section markers, labels, metadata, and the record below are set in Tenali Ramakrishna, a light serif drawn with classical restraint. The family was revised on 7 September 2026; this page records any future change.

The mark

The favicon and the wave in the footer are the studio’s symbol — a radiant opening in a window frame — mastered separately as vector artwork and used here from its canonical renders.

Provenance

The site’s copy was first drawn from the studio’s internal Website Map (v1.3), dated 18 July 2026, and revised across every page in September 2026. On 11 October 2026 Framework Design was merged into Data Management, and the merged service copy was refined the same day. Digital Twin was introduced as the fifth service on 11 October 2026, bringing the offer to six services. This page carries the site’s revision note. On 19 October 2026 the studio’s descriptor became Performance Design Heritage, replacing Live Art Heritage.
